Earth Hour 2008 is a global event created to symbolize that each of us, working together, can make a positive impact on climate change
On March 29, 2008 at 8:00 pm millions of people, businesses and governments around the world will be switching off the lights for one hour during Earth Hour.
The We Can Solve It Campaign was founded by Nobel laureate and former Vice President Al Gore to halt global warming by calling on our leaders to make the climate crisis a priority.
The WE Campaign is also a project of The Alliance for Climate Protection -- a nonprofit, nonpartisan effort.
The best way to start changing is through small steps. We can turn things around if we take small steps and make simple adjustments to green our lives today. And then we keep going from there. At Your Green Guide you can find many resources to help you with those efforts.
