I'm going to put myself on blast. I figure this is the best motivation for me to lose weight. So I've decided to chronicle my adventures on my Wii Fit. So here's the deal:
I will post a new blog everyday I exercise on the Wii Fit. I will post my vitals, including my COB, BMI, and weight. I will post what I did and how long a exercised among other things. Every week I will also post my Wii Fit age.
