Procrastination
We all procrastinate in one form or another. Either we put things off or say that we'll do them later. If we adopt the attitude of do it now, it can make a tremendous difference in our lives. Sometimes fear stops us, sometimes guilt stops us, sometimes it's just plain laziness that stops us; but, no matter what we blame on the fact that we're not doing it now, the fact is that we're still not doing it now.
Show your gratitude for what you have
We live in a society where we are conditioned to always be striving for more; for bigger and better things. When do we ever arrive at a happy place? Hopefully, by reading this lens; you will start to recognize the things in your life that you do have and are able to enjoy. I think, it is important to take the time to acknowledge the things in our lives that bring us joy. Also, there is a saying that whatever you think about expands. My theory is that by focusing on the things that we are grateful for on a regular basis; is that we attract more things to be grateful for.
