Don't let the Miss Malaysia title or the tiny figure fool you. This beauty has the chops to knock anyone down to size. She's been a star in Asia for years, but first broke into the American consciousness in her turn as Chinese agent Wan Li in the James Bond film, Tomorrow Never Dies.
Yeoh has kicked alongside the martial arts greats - Jet Li, Chow Yun-Fat and of course, Jackie Chan. They've all had to learn to share the stage with a strong woman who can give as good as they can.
She has a softer side, though, as seen in Crouching Tiger, Memoirs of a Geisha and the upcoming film, The Children of Huang Shi. But there's still no competition for her as one of the greatest female action stars ever.
